TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  1. The minimum age to enter this competition is 18. The winner will need to be 18 on the date the work takes place.
  2. Employees of Revolver Entertainment and any company associated to the specific competition, and their families, are not eligible to enter the competition.
  3. No purchase necessary. To enter the competition, visit the Sin Nombre website (www.sinnombre.co.uk) and navigate to the “Competitions” page. The winner will be notified within 7 days of the closing date.
  4. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost or delayed.
  5. Competition closes on the 5th February 2010.
  6. The winner will be given details of how to claim their prize upon notification of their success. The winner will be required to verify their age and identity by presenting valid identification.
  7. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  8. The prize may not be transferred to any other person.
  9. The prize consists of a 4-hour tattoo session with Phil Kyle at the Magnum Opus Tattoo Parlour, Brighton: 33 Upper North Street
    Brighton, BN1 3FG. The winner will arrange his or her own travel to and from the parlour. The winner must claim the prize within 6 months of winning the competition closing.
  10. No cash alternative or alternative prize is available on entrants request but in the event of the advertised competition prize being unavailable we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
  11. Revolver Entertainment will not be liable for any damage, loss or disappointment suffered by any person taking part or not being able to take part in a competition.
  12. The competition winner may be required to take part in or co-operate with publicity.
  13. The competition winner will agree to keep confidential any knowledge about Revolver Entertainment and its business and personnel received by them as a result of the competition.
  14. Use of false name or address, i.e. name by which the entrant is not usually known, will disqualify them from receiving any prize.
  15. We reserve the right to amend these rules at any time. Entry in the competition implies acceptance of these rules.
